In the three-dimensional warehouse, the stacker is one of the important equipment and the core part of the three-dimensional warehouse. Therefore, we should take its installation seriously. Only when it is installed in place can it maximize its role and serve the three-dimensional warehouse. .
For the stacker, it can be installed in two ways:
Overall hoisting: first assemble the upper and lower beams and columns together, and then hoist the stacker and rotate it 910 degrees before hoisting it into the roadway.
Split hoisting: Use hoisting tools to hoist the column, and then connect the column and the lower beam with bolts through the walking mechanism. Fix the cargo platform, hoist the column, connect with the lower beam, and finally connect the upper beam with the column.
During the installation process of the stacker, we need to pay attention to some matters, specifically:
(1) A certain installation space should be reserved. If this work is not done well in the early stage, the stacker should be installed when the shelf is half installed, and then continue to install the goods.
(2) When the column is connected to the beam, the lower beam should be supported and fixed with a jack, etc., and the beam should be fixed with hemp rope to prevent the column from tipping.
(3) When connecting with bolts, use a wrench for tightening, and the required torque should be determined according to the drawings. After tightening, and measure various data, record it.
