Use kerosene to clean the hoist parts, and add butter to the gear and bearing parts to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from disassembling and assembling at will.

3. After the hoist has been cleaned and repaired, no-load test should be carried out to confirm that it works normally and the braking is reliable before it can be delivered for use.

4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the phenomenon of heavy objects falling.
5. The rollers of the left and right bearings of the hoisting sprocket of the chain hoist can be adhered to the inner ring of the bearing that has been press-fitted on the journal of the hoisting sprocket with butter, and then installed into the outer bearing ring of the wall plate.
6. When installing the braking device part of the chain hoist, pay attention to the good meshing between the ratchet tooth slot and the pawl part, and the control of the pawl by the spring should be flexible and reliable. After installing the hand sprocket, rotate the hand sprocket clockwise, and the ratchet , The friction plate is pressed on the brake seat, and the hand sprocket is rotated counterclockwise. There should be a gap between the ratchet and the friction plate.
7. For the convenience of maintenance and disassembly, one part of the bracelet is an open chain (welding is not allowed).

8. During the process of refueling and using the chain hoist, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking performance should be checked frequently to prevent the heavy objects from falling due to the failure of the braking.
