Classification of
stackers (1)
The stacker is the core equipment of the entire automated three-dimensional warehouse. It can carry goods from one place to another through manual operation, semi-automatic operation or fully automatic operation. It consists of a frame, a horizontal walking mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a cargo platform, a fork and an electrical control system. Different from the structural form, the
stacker in the current three-dimensional warehouse has a double-column structure and a single-column structure.
1. According to the presence or absence of guide rails, it can be divided into rail
stacker and trackless stacker
The tracked stacker refers to the stacker running along the track in the roadway, and the trackless stacker is also called an overhead forklift. The main operating equipment used in three-dimensional warehouses are tracked
stackers, trackless stackers and common forklifts.
According to the height, it can be divided into low-rise type, middle-rise type and high-rise type
The low-level
stacker has a lifting height of less than 5m, and is mainly used in split-type high-rise warehouses and simple three-dimensional warehouses; the middle-level
stacker refers to a high-level stacker with a lifting height between 5m and 15m. Refers to the lifting height of more than 15m, mainly used in integrated high-rise warehouse. According to the different driving methods, it can be divided into upper driving type, lower driving type and combination of upper and lower driving methods.
According to the degree of automation, it can be divided into manual, semi-automatic and automatic
stackers. The manual and semi-automatic
stackers are equipped with a driver's cab, and the automatic stacker does not have a driver's cab. It is controlled by an automatic control device, which can perform automatic addressing and automatic loading and unloading of goods.
According to different uses, stackers can be divided into bridge stackers and roadway
stackers
Bridge stacker
The bridge
stacker has the dual structural features of a crane and a forklift. Like a crane, it has a bridge and a slewing trolley. The bridge runs above the warehouse, and the slewing trolley runs on the bridge. At the same time, the bridge
stacker has the structural characteristics of a forklift, that is, it has a fixed or retractable column, and the column is equipped with a fork or other picking device.
There needs to be a certain space between the shelf and the warehouse ceiling to ensure the normal operation of the bridge. The column can be rotated to ensure the flexibility of work. The slewing trolley can run back and forth as needed, so the bridge stacker can serve multiple roadways. The stacking and picking of goods by the bridge
stacker is realized by the picking device running on the column. Due to the limitation of the height of the column, the working height of the bridge stacker cannot be too high. The bridge stacker is mainly suitable for medium-span warehouses below 12m. The width of the roadway is large, which is suitable for the handling and stacking of bulky and long-sized materials.
