Conversely, to lower the load, the hand zipper chain is pulled counterclockwise. The brake seat separates from the brake pad, ensuring stability with the ratchet securely held by the pawl, enabling smooth descent of heavy objects. Employing ratchet friction disc-type one-way brakes, these chain blocks have self-braking capabilities under load. Springs engage the pawls with the ratchets, ensuring safe braking. This upgraded Chain Block2 Ton combines the reverse backstop brake reducer with the chain pulley block. Symmetrically arranged secondary spur gear rotation structures ensure simplicity, durability, and efficiency. Functioning involves rotating the Chain Block 2 Ton by pulling the manual chain and hand sprocket, causing the friction plate ratchet and brake seat to rotate simultaneously. As the tooth long shaft moves the plate gear, alongside the tooth short shaft and spline hole gear, the hoisting sprocket attached to the spline hole gear drives the hoisting chain, providing stable lifting for heavy loads. Utilizing a ratchet friction disc-type one-way brake, it self-brakes under load. The pawl engages with the ratchet via spring action, ensuring safe brake operation.

The Chain Block 2 Ton has the advantages of spraying plastic cover, thickening and anti-dropping, and adopts a compact crimping and thickening anti-falling cover, and the chain rate is almost zero. 

Chain Block 2 Ton adopts double dry brake system, lifting easily, using less labor, but also greatly improve safety performance.
