What are the operation steps of a hydraulic table lifters?

2025-07-03

In modern industrial and logistics, hydraulic table lifters are essential. Their stable lifting and flexible operation make them key, but proper procedures are vital for safety and efficiency. Correct operation safeguards workers, extends equipment life, and boosts productivity.

Pre-operation checks are safety's first step. Inspect the platform thoroughly. Check hydraulic oil level—low levels mean weak power and faster wear. Examine pipelines for damage or leaks to avoid failures. Also, check bolts and nuts for tightness to prevent parts from coming loose during use. Clear the work area of obstacles and ensure the ground is flat to stop tipping.

Start-up and operation demand strict rules. Power on and run 2-3 empty tests. Watch for smooth operation, no strange noises or stops. If issues occur, stop and fix them before resuming. When loading, follow the rated load—no overloading. Place goods evenly to keep balance. Operate lifting buttons slowly to avoid sudden movements that could drop items or damage the platform. Stay inside the guardrail during lifting.

Post-operation handling matters too. Lower the platform and turn off the power. Clean it, removing dust and oil. Check components for wear and replace worn parts quickly. For long-idle hydraulic table lifters, run regular tests to prevent hydraulic system aging and rust. Keep detailed records of usage, tasks, and faults for easy maintenance.
