How do table lifters work?

The working principle of the table lift is to drive the oil pump through the motor to deliver the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder. The control valve controls the pressure and flow within a certain range, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder rises or falls, thereby driving the lifting table to move up and down.

Working principle

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic cylinder, a control valve, a pipeline and an oil tank. The hydraulic pump converts the hydraulic oil into hydraulic energy through mechanical force and delivers it to the hydraulic cylinder. When the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, the piston is subjected to the pressure of the hydraulic oil to generate an upward or downward movement force.

Power source: The oil pump is usually driven by a motor. After the motor is started, the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through the control valve to push the piston to move.

Control mode: The lift can realize the lifting function through manual control and automatic control. Manual control requires the operator to press the control button to realize the lifting action, while automatic control is automatically controlled by the PLC (programmable logic controller) in the electrical control system.

Structural composition

Hydraulic system: including hydraulic pumps, hydraulic cylinders, control valves, pipelines and oil tanks.
