1. First check whether the electric hoist is overloaded. Overload is the main cause of motor heating. Long-term overload may burn the motor and cause accidents;

2. Check whether the two end covers or bearing covers of the motor are poorly assembled;

3. Check whether the motor bearing parts are damaged. Bearing heating is also one of the common faults of the motor. If it is light, the lubricating oil will be diluted and leaked, and if it is heavy, the bearing parts will be damaged;

4. The power supply voltage is too high, and the excitation current increases, which will also cause the motor to heat up;

5. Abnormal vibration or noise of the motor can also easily cause the motor to heat up;

6. The motor is running in phase loss, which is also one of the important reasons for the heating and burning of the motor.
