Inspection and experiment after installation of electric hoist

As a common small lifting equipment, electric hoist is mainly divided into two types: wire rope electric hoist and chain electric hoist. It has the characteristics of small size, light weight, simple operation and convenient use. Therefore, the electric hoist must be experimentally inspected after installation and before use. So what are the inspection and experimental methods of the electric hoist before use?

1. Check whether all lubricated parts are filled with enough grease;

2. Check whether the track joint part is reliable;

3. Pay attention to the phase sequence when turning on the power, and ensure that the input voltage of the motor is not less than 90% of the rated voltage when running;

4. After the installation of the electric hoist is completed, a no-load test run is required to check whether the running direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the button and whether all parts are working properly;

5. Check whether the wire rope is loose and winding. If it is loose and winding, it needs to be readjusted.

6. The stop block device of the limit rod device needs to be readjusted after installation.
