Before the electric chain hoist is officially used, a dynamic load test of 10% of the rated load should be carried out, and the lifting and lowering should be repeated to check whether the transmission mechanism, electrical parts and connecting parts are normal; a static load test of 25% of the rated load should be carried out , lift the load about 10 centimeters above the ground and stop for 10 minutes. Remove the load and check whether all components are normal.

When using the electric chain hoist, it is strictly prohibited to operate overloaded, lift heavy objects diagonally, and do not drag it horizontally. The limiter is an emergency device to prevent the hook from not stopping in time during the ascent and descent process. It is mainly used to prevent the hook from damaging the machine body. Therefore, the limiter cannot be used as a switch.

After the use of the electric chain hoist is completed, the main power supply of the electric chain hoist should be cut off in time. At the same time, the operator of the electric chain hoist should be familiar with the product's instructions for use, precautions and working principles.
